Finally listed the baby boy album...

I am going to add pics to this post because I was emailed about them (already I know, how exciting!!)... so these are the pics of that album. I have to say that I am really excited with the way it turned out. It was a lot of work and I don' t have any plans to make another one, but I love what I did for this one.

More acrlic pages...for the ATC

Here are the new acrylic pages for the ATC that I have completed just tonigt...I am off to add them to ebay in a matter of moments... the last couple of sets went really fast and I even offered a special purchase price on one set..but I have been working with a couple of companies here locally trying to get acrylic sheets that are a nice thickness and these are the first of those sets.

I still haven't listed the baby boy album, but I am hoping to get it on ebay this weekend. I will hate to see it go, I really like this one!! And I truly love the denim page!!

What a busy week!!

I am looking forward to the weekend...lol lol

I have been working like a mad woman trying to get this baby album done and on ebay asap!! I have given myself deadlines for all of the projects that I have planned and so far this baby album is two weeks overdue... But it is finally complete. Or at least that what I said last night before adding yet another finishing touch... I love making these types of things because they let me get out the idea out of my head and into a nice little project. And since all three kiddos baby albums were done, I guess I needed to get my baby fix. (I don't want a baby, I just love working on baby books).... Oh the book has been added to my slide show so check it out!!

Speaking of overdue, I have a ton of things to post about...I am so excited, I finally got pics of LeiLani walking. And I finally got the pics of LaVele at the Annual Day at the Races...I am so proud of my son (the oldest) because he worked so hard on that car,drawing it, cutting it from wood and then altering it (to increase speed), to sanding it until it was smooth as butter...(lol that is what he said to me)... He came in 2nd place, and we were so glad to see him interact with his classmates. I know that he has a caring spirit but it was so nice to see that when he had to race his teammates (in order to place for the final spots/and to win) he would congratulate them, a few were upset (they are only in 5th grade so it was kinda expected) but he still told them that they did great. I loved that more than the actual winning part, I just love that he cares for everyone's feelings...But I did yell when he won (can't help it, natural reaction)..so did Vele!

Back to work...

Well I am trying to get back into the swing of things. I have been busy working on a baby album and also trying to get the acrylic pages done to add to Ebay. I just hope that people still want them. They do take a little bit of work to make and of course you have to have the right kind of plastic/acrylic...and that has been an issue. Several that I bought were too thick and then finally, I found the perfect thickness...Here are the finished pages that I made.

Oh I decided that maybe I can show one or two pages of the baby album that I am working on...I love these pages so far...they remind me of doing the boy's albums when they were small...

National Scrapbooking Day...

So what would be my ideal day for national scrapbooking day...that would be to scrapbook, the kids would be feed and taken care of by hubby and I could watch previously recorded scrapbooking and law and order shows...oh what a wondering day that would be...And of course that was just a dream...lol lol
I really can't complain, I did get to visit Archiver's and do a free make and take there. That was very inspiring too because it gave me a ton of ideas for my next album/ATC.

Speaking of ATC....the one I started working on a couple of weeks ago is done!! And put on ebay... I don't know if I am really "making" any money on them, but we will see. I love this one and will hate to part with it because it is so bright and cheery and I love the papers that I choose this time. Well I have several new projects in mind, and I have already started collecting the necessary supplies for them. I can't wait to get them into the little albums...

Plus I have gotten a couple of requests for the acrylic pages for the ATC and I am waiting to get one supply in and then I will be able to get them on ebay...the themes for those will be happy birthday (there will be just a little bit of color added to these to make the embossed words pop), swirls, baby (your choice of pink/blue/white), dots and a couple of other ones that I am working on...I still haven't come up with a set price or quantity yet but I am working on that now.
